International Petroleum Training Institute

The International Petroleum Training Institute, a division of the International Petroleum Museum & Exposition, Inc., offers a comprehensive training program for those seeking offshore employment. The eight day training program includes:

  • Physical Examination & Drug Screen / First Aid - CPR
  • Offshore Operations Overview / Rig Pass / PEC
  • Rigging and Handling Loads Safely
  • Rig Pass / P.E.C.
  • Confined Space Entry / Respiratory Protection

Free Training!

If you are a Louisiana resident and you have been laid off from a job, dislocated due to a business closure or cutbacks or other business changes, you could qualify for Free Training. If you qualify for JTPA job training programs in the Acadiana Region, you could be eligible for Free Training.
