	The huge barge is prepared to be launched into the river, to begin the next phase of construction.
The mammoth barge is launched into the water, marking the first phase of completion.
	Construction begins on the topside of the barge, making it ready to support the platform.
Ten huge columns form the legs that support the platform and connect it to the barge below.
	The drilling platform is placed into position atop the 10 columns supporting it and joining it to the barge.
